Large asphalt parking lot designed for RVs and Big Rig trucks. With convenience store, fast food restaurants, garbage cans, picnic tables, fresh water hose & Wifi. Close to a busy highway and a 4 wheel trail. Pet friendly.
The sewer drain position is too high relative to the trailer drain. This makes it very challenging to perform a hygienic dump without spills. We were lucky to have a water valve connector to create water pressure to release the hose contents. I woukd not use this again. Be warned. But yes the parking lot is good and large.
